Our history and development
Bosch Communication Center was established in 1985 as the first private monitoring center in Germany.
Since 1993, it has successively expanded its service portfolio to include communication services, with a focus on the classical call center business.
By 2000, Bosch Communication Center started to grow and develop on an international scale and now employs some 4,000 associates across 21 locations in 12 countries across Europe, Asia and South America.
Over the past 25 years, Bosch Communication Center has developed logically into one of the major international providers of Business Process Outsourcing services.
